Jenefer is certainly not aftaid to speak her mind--or to go to war almost without provocation! She wants that castle for her own but the king has given the castle to a Highlander and he has already moved in. What she does first is almost unbeleivable. She was supposed to wait for her two cousins------not Jenefer! She ends up as a hostage with her two cousins in the castle she is bound and determined to own!
Now all 3 of these woman are really full of tricks--one of them escapes to let their people know what is happening. Meanwhile an infant is crying almost non stop in the room next to where the woman are. Jenefer manages to get into the next room (and not by the door) The baby takes to her immediately--and she to he. Thus starts the romance. Until the Lord's dead wife appears-----a sweetheart she isn't!
All's well that ends well happily ever after--her family knew Jenefer and had petitioned the king. Of course the two lovers did not bother reading the proclamation until after they were totally in love!! You are going to love this ending!
