Forced to go to a mall to Christmas shop-Steve Smiley, who is blind is not very happy about this at all. But his partner drags him there. They get out of the car, walk towards the entrance where they see what appears to be a father and daughter verbally fighting. Then the next thing they hear is a gun shot--the father falls to the ground-dead. Smiley and his partner grab the girl and hide behind a car. The police get there and here is where it really gets interesting.
Bella, the young girl is only interested in one thing--to find her birth parents. What she has lived through with her adopted father is unbeleivable. Smiley and partner are PI's and agree to help her if poosible.
