Nothing brings back mouth watering memorys around Purim then when my Aunt would make Hamentaschen from scratch. She generally filled them with poppy filling. While those were really delicious--and even though I see them occasionally in bakery store windows-I can no longer eat them. As a diabetic I have to be careful about sugar!!
As I was browsing I noticed Sugar Free Strawberry Filled Hamentaschen Cookies --my mouth is watering.
Stern's Bakery also has one of my other favorite cookies sugar free--Linzer Tart Cookies with Raspberry Jam or Apricot Jam
Of course they have lots of other items that are not sugar free-but everything looks so delicious!!
