Although the picture above is not exactly the delectable meal I picked up by chance at a little pizza place--it is darn close. I was shopping in a small outdoor mall I frequent when I noticed a sandwich board outside a pizza place--one of the items was rib eye steak with veggies. The price was reasonable-and after the week I had been having I figured I deserved a treat!
Although I had never been in this place before (Sophia's Pizza & Pasta on McClean Ave in Yonkers, NY--I walked in and ordered! While waiting I did have a slice of their pizza. I got home and opened up the container--the piece of rib eye was really quite large and cooked to perfection-exactly how I asked them. The meat was so tender I barely needed a knife! There was a nice selection of veggies all done to perfection.
Would I go there again--you bettcha!!!! It was worth every penny and probably a whole lot more since I was able to make two meals out of it.
