This is what my Mom's Doc told her to get when she had pain after falling. No breaks thankfully--just very very sore! She said it worked and now always has some in her apartment. At almost 99 she does tend to knock into things on a frequent basis and there is a bit of arthritis there as well!

This stuff will work wonders for those aches and pains for after you do some muscle stretching exersize!
