Della and her mother Mabel are usually not exactly on the same page. Unless there is a mystery to solve--then whether Della wants to or not--she has to get involved! When money starts disappearing from peoples bank accounts--well this was absolutely not supposed to happen in their small town!
There are a lot of laughs in this book as the duo get into and out of trouble--and Della keeps her bakery going all at the same time! Will they eventually figure out who is behind the missing money-read the book!
As an aside, at the end of this book are some DELECTABLE recipes that all include Chocolate!!
