I have read quite a few of the books in this series. They are all different but also very good!
A rags to riches story about a girl with witchy powers. She was brought up mistly in foster homes but is now out on her own. She works as a waitress a few blocks from where she lives with a friend. A police officer offers to walk her home one evening--she accepts and the rest--well it takes a while--but is history!
She gets a notice about attending night school at the Witches Academy. She goes on an interview and decides to attend. Little does she know who works there. Then she gets a letter from England from a lawyer--he rhinks she might be related to someone but needs her to fill out some papers and submit DNA. The lawyer makes plans to come meet her--but he doesn't show up--someone else does--
This is such a happily ever after I actually cried a few tears! So have the tissue box ready because I think you will too and that you will love this one as much as I did.
