My shoulder and neck are in really bad pain. I actually could not sleep the other night. It is like I strained my muscles there and they are all bunched up. OUCH!! At about 2:30 in the morning-lying in bed attempting to fall asleep I remembered I still had Zim's Max Freeze Muscle & Joint Pain Relief - Roll On in my apartment. It was worth a try--I rolled some on and voila--no pain I was able to sleep until my cat woke me up a couple of hours afterwards.
This is the same shoulder I pulled the muscle in a few years ago--guess I will not be carrying anything with that arm again for a long time--again!
The pain keeps coming back and as soon as I roll on the Zim's--the pain stops! I have a feeling this may take a while to resolve. At least I have Zim's to get me through until it does!
