I am not too thrilled with creepy crawly insects, even if they are so tiny you can barely see them. Miranda is the same way--as is Jack. When men start going missing Miranda has not a clue what is happening so she talks to the new paranormal MD. He tells her what he thinks it is and says that in order to make an anti venom he needs the blood from the creature.
Jack doesn't have a clue what Miranda really does but he is about to find out! The creature almost got him!! Will Jack be able to reconcile what he now knows and still want to be Miranda's boyfriend? Will Miranda be able to take this creepy creature out and get the blood so anti venom can be made--
Just thinking about this creature still gives me the creeps---but I loved the book and how it ended!!
About the Book: (from Amazon)
Men going missing. Talk of spiderwebs, A beautiful temptress, And a Jorogumo. Seriously? They’re rarely seen outside of Japan. Surely there couldn’t be one in Little Feather, could there?
When men go missing, and the only clue is a purported spiderweb, Miranda has no choice but to consider that it’s the work of a Jorogumo, a huge, terrifying spider.
Life isn’t all that easy when you’re a Paranormal Private Investigator involved with a Police Chief who’s convinced the paranormal world doesn’t exist. When he sees it up close and first hand, Jack knows that Miranda hasn’t been entirely truthful about her profession. Not that great for a relationship in its early stages.
At times like this, Miranda’s glad she has Hank, a loveable little Corgi, to snuggle with!

I hate bugs and try to kick them out of the house . Then I get my hubby to help.
Spiders don't really bother me and as long as they stay out of my sinks and shower I leave them alone. I figure they leave me alone and I'll leave them alone.
I do not like spiders and bugs... I usually call for help!
I work in my garden and I know that they eat a lot of bugs I don't want. I only don't like the Black Widow .
My 2 cats do all the insect killing in my home.. they are there on the scene immediately.....
My shoe takes care of the problem real fast.
My cat would run and hide just like I do. I cannot even see a picture of a spider on the computer or tv. Serious arachnophobe
I tend to flee at the site of creepy crawlies, but then I have to take care of the problem myself, anyway :/
I don't mind spiders, I mean I don't want them crawling on me but I don't freak out when I see them. I'm terrified of mice though! I make my husband take care of them.
I’m afraid I’m not very humane in my removal of creepy crawlers They need to stay out of my way!
I don't like to just kill things because I don't want them on me, or just to kill them. Spiders are sneaky and quick I just can't seem to like them or not freak out and act like an idiot if I see one unexpectedly, lol.Does that make sense?
I am the bug killer in this house. I don't like them and don't mind killing them.
Spiders don't bother me. I just scoop them up and take them outside.
I do not like spiders/creepy crawlies, but will try to scoop them up to put outside.
OMG! I hate spiders so much! But at the same time I feel it's injust to kill them just because I fear them, so at the end, I try to remove it from near me with a leaf, a tupperware or whatever and place them in the plant outside my house.
Thanks for this amazing chance and for the amazing post!
They give me the heebies jeebies! I usually make the hubs or my boys deal with it!
I am not afraid of spiders or any other insects. I like to put them outside when I find them inside, though.
I actually hate spiders a lot, but I am not afraid to kill one either when I have to.
They creep me out, but I usually just try to humanely put them outside!
