Holly was hoping to have a real vacation with her friends without any mysteries to be solved. But just like Brigit mysteries seemed to follow her and just like Brigit she could not resist solving them.
When they got to the campground all was well and her friends and the parents who were with them all set up their tents. They all eventually went to bed but Holly woke up suddenly hearing something outside. She didn't go out because they had been warned by the Ranger that they should not venture out after dark--there were animals out there! The next day came and everyone came out--only to find that a hairbrush was missing as were a pair of Holly's sunglasses. Then they began to meet other campers who also had missing items. Holly and friends started investigating!
While all this was going on one of the people in their group was kind of hiding--Holly got to the bottom of that as well!!
With the help of the other campers they were able to discover the thief! But you will have to read this delightful book to find out who it was!
About the Book: (from Amazon)
When things turn up missing at the campground, things that wild animals aren’t likely to carry off to a hiding place, it looks like a human must be involved. But why would a human want to steal a glittery hairbrush, the first of a number of items stolen? Maybe a fetish?
Holly and several of her friends have gone on a summer camping trip before school starts. What seemed like an idyllic way to celebrate the end of summer soon turns into a hunt to find the thief.
It seems like it would be easy to find the culprit, but teenage emotions, such as jealousy and taking things out of context, threaten to upend the search.
Good thing Holly’s had some experience dealing with mysteries! This is another Nancy Drew style page-turner with plenty of twists, turns, and surprises.
Mystery at the Campground is the 8th book in the Holly Lewis Mystery Series by a USA Today Bestselling Author and Amazon All-Star.

Nice book cover and the book sounds interesting.
Nurture , yes.
A bit of both I think!
I would say that both are important for sure.
They are both important I think.
I figure she comes by it with a little of both.
I'd have to say both.
no idea
I think it would be a bit of both, but probably nurture.
I think the two together blend together to provide inspiration.
I have not read any books in this series, so I am not sure how she got her abilities.

I haven't read any of the books in this series yet but I think a lot of solving abilities do come instinctively by nature but nurturing helps refine skills
I think it is a little of both. Mostly nurture, but some nature as well.
I think it is both
Well, probably a little of both, but I'd say mostly nurture.
I believe that it is a little bit of both.. What a great character and love that pooch....
I think it is a combination of both that help her.
probably both but I will say nature. thanks for the chance. It sounds like a fun book.
I think nurture.
I think she gets her mystery solving gift mostly by nurture with some nature :)
I think she gets her mystery solving talent by nature.
Lets go with both!
I believe it goes hand in hand LOL!
I think that she possesses both and uses it for good.
Nature or Nurture isn't that the question for everything? I would guess both?
Like most everything it is the combo plate. Both nature and nurture for sure.
I think it's by nature. Sounds like a fun series!
it's a combination - you can't have one without the other here. thanks
I'd go with nature with an influence of nurture.
I would say the nurture has a big part of it, but some of it comes from her own nature.
I think it comes to her by nurture
I think that both are important but nature wins out.
I think it would be a bit of both.
I think she comes by it with a little of both.
I would say that both are important to me
haven't read any yet so don't know
I think its a little bit of both. Once you get the mystery solving bug its hard not to investigate.
A bit of both. It is nature to have the curiosity and the ability to 'detect', but it would be nurture that would develop the skills.
I think it's both.
Thanks for the contest.
I also believe both. This book sounds seriously good!!
I think its both of them together
I think by nature.
