The other day--Thursday actually-I had a craving for a Steak Salad. I usually get it at the Outback but haven't seen it on their menu. Besides-Longhorn Steakhouse is only about 5 minutes from my apartment! I got the dinner size and oh was it delicious! Lots and lots of different kinds of lettuce, some chopped tomato and onion. They crumbled some blue cheese into it and I ordered the Blue Cheese dressing. The 5 pieces of steak were done exactly how I wanted it! I ate all of it in almost one sitting. Now the steak is highly seasoned with pepper so if you don't like spice-this is not for you. I did offer a couple of pieces to my cat--but she stuck her nose up--too much seasoning for her I guess--The honey wheat bread was delicious and they even put in some butter.
I ordered it and paid for it online so all I had to do was wait in front of the restaurant. The server was keeping an eye out for me since I told him I do not have a cell phone. It all went off without a hitch! Yes, I definitely will be ordering from them again--and once the restaurant opens I will be going in there to eat--whenever that is!

The salad looks really tasty! I will be glad when we can all enjoy restaurants again as we once did! Thanks for sharing!
I have never had this salad before but it looks amazing!! I'm a huge fan of salads and this is definitely a break from the norm for me. I'm going to have to make a date night with my huband!
