I actually read all the short stories in this compilation book straight through! Each was unique and each was engrossing. All the authors-some of whom I've read before and some I hadn't really put their hearts into these stories.
Of course you don't have to read them all right away if you are short on reading time. You can savor each one individually if you want and delight in each one. I know I will be going back to read a couple of them myself--they were that good.
I would like to add that short stories are not that easy to write but these author's know their craft!!
