The last thing Crispin expected was for his parents and sister to come back to Dark Lake and take over the library. The library was Crispin's life and he was devastated--as were his friends! Then an over sized ancient book of magic goes missing from the archives of the library. Crispin's Mom is blaming everyone it seems.
So who took this old book that has many in the magical world up in arms? Lady and her friends ultimately discover who did it and why. But what will happen with Crispin now that he is no longer in charge of the library? You will have to read this book to find out!!

About the Book: (from Amazon)
The Dark Lake library is underappreciated, something Lady and her friends have been working tirelessly to remedy. With events planned and book clubs organized, things are starting to look up. At least they were until Crispin’s parents return home with his little sister.
The arrival of a powerful grimoire has drawn them back, and they’re here to stay. Unfortunately for Crispin, that means they’ll be taking the library back over.
Lady isn’t thrilled about any of this. She has mixed feelings when the priceless grimoire goes missing under their watch. She needs to find it, but she’s not entirely sure she wants to. Especially not if her suspicions are correct and one of her own friends was the one who stole it.
