Maggie Doyle quit her job as a police officer and left her ex--she caught him cheating! Kind of not knowing what to do with the rest of her life she jumps on the chance to go visit her Aunt in Ireland. So she travels from America to Ireland for a month of rest and relaxation--the best laid plans--
Her aunt owns a cafe and also rents out space to clubs--lets face it--not much to do in this small town off season. Maggie is asked to watch the cafe for a day--this was actually kind of funny--how does one learn to bake in one day? Her aunt retuns from having some teeth extracted. That evening at the Movie club--one of the town's most disliked inhabitants is found dead in her seat.
Maggie's aunt is accused of the crime by the bumbling sheriff who really only wanted to be on the golf course. Maggie, who remember is an EX American cop has no choice but to try and clear her aunts name.
There are quite a few twists and turns and more then a couple of laughs --including a new sheriff who shows up--
Will Maggie and friends be able to exonerate her aunt from the murder?

About the Author: (from Amazon)
USA Today bestselling author Zara Keane grew up in Dublin, Ireland, but spent her summers in a small town very similar to Ballybeg, the fictitious town in which she sets her Irish contemporary romances.
She currently lives in Switzerland with her family. When she's not writing or wrestling small people, she drinks far too much coffee, and tries (with occasional success) to resist the siren call of Swiss chocolate.
