This mystery with a lot of psychological suspense will twist your mind this way and that! What a roller coaster ride!!
Kate is a resident in a hospital and is also having a kind of affair with one of the surgeons. She decides to take a quick nap before a surgery she is going to be helping with when she hears a conversation between one of the doctors and an unknown stranger. Her "friend" brings her a Latte. In the operating room Kate gets delusional and is admitted to the hospital.
They want to admit her to a psych hospital--luckily her Father-a bigwig in the hospital system-wants her to have more days. He then decides to send her to his sister-a well known psychiatrist. She decides that Kate needs rest and relaxation and brings her to the summer house Kate hasn't been to since the night her Mom died.
What happens from this point forward is surreal and you will not be able to put the book down until you have finished it!
And yes, I will continue reading this series!!
