Best for me is getting enough rest, drinking lots of water, and washing hands often so I hopefully won't catch another cold. I usually won't get a cold more than once or twice a year.

I get a cold at leas once in the winter and I do not do anything to make it go away faster or deal with it; i let it run its course.

I get a cold a couple times a year. I do have sinus issues and use sudafed more often than I should. lol

I almost always get one bad cold a year that won't go away. Time, rest and plenty of fluids help to get rid of it.

I usually get a Cold once or twice a year. Chicken Soup, plenty of fluids and lots of rest seems to work for me.

I rarely get colds, thanks be to God, but when I do I just take cold medicine and rest alot. But I DO use tissues all the time and could use these. Thanks and God Bless! ILuvTheEucharist @ aol dot com

I don't get em to often but my daughter and her mom seems to. I give my dtr some cold meds to help alleviate it :)

Since I started using a Neti Pot, I haven't had a cold. Everyone else gets colds a few times a year.

Thankfully I don't get colds too often, but I try to stop it as soon as I start feeling any symptoms by taking medicine. If I do get a cold chicken soup always helps!

I do not get colds. I drink ginger tea made from the real gingerroot. It boosts the immune system.

I usually get 1-2 colds per year. I fight it with lots of rest, vitamin C, and pain relievers when necessary.

I get a cold one or two times a year, my kids round out the rest of the year though LOL. I just make sure I take vitamin C year round, stay hydrated and exercise when I do get the sniffles.
