I think I have been on a diet most of my life. YoYo is what I call my weight--up then down--then up then down for years!! It isn't as if I don't try to eat healthy -----but I really am the original cookie monster--one for each hand thank you very much. Now that I am diabetic I really have to be careful. I know I could certainly use some of the products that Eat Smart sells. What about you?

the big family holiday dinner
We get together on Christmas Eve and sing carols and open one gift each
I like getting together with my entire family on both Thanksgiving and Christmas.
We usually get together at my parent's home on Thanksgiving with all the rest of the family for a big dinner.
I love out annual christmas eve dinner and gift exchange.
My favorite family tradition is when everyone in my family comes to my house for Christmas eve dinner. I love everyone being together.
we are a new extended family but it has always been important to keep a seat at our table for new friends
Cooking 2 large as we can find them Turkey Breast's with all of the fixin's. No one here likes dark meat so we always go for the white meats.
We love getting together around a big meal and catching up on all the news from the past months when we have all been apart.
For Thanksgiving we always cook a sweet potato pie.
