Children need vitamins so that their bodies grow! Adults need them as well-but not like children do. The biggest problem is getting them to take them--some don't taste good--some are too big--and some taste too good and some have sugar!! Just a multivitamin supplement
I give multi vitamins to my son when he will take them.
we give a flintstone vitamin and melatonin at night! helps them sleep better and get all their daily vitamins in!
We only do melatonin right now, and a multivitamin for my picky eater.
Alive Multivitamins for kids
My kids will do most Gummy vitamins & the occasional Vitamin D capsule.
Chewable multi vitamins that are Disney characters.
I give my grandkids childrens vitamins that we pick up at the bent and banged store so the manufacturer varies.
Usually a multi, calcium, and B vitamins. It can vary, though (eg, no calcium if everyone's been drinking lots of milk).
right now they are getting a generic multi vitamin.
They take a multi-vitamin every day. They prefer gummies.
Just a chewable multivitamin.
we do a multivitamin
I give my daughters a multivitamin and my oldest takes melatonin.
Multivitamin in the mornings and once in a while Melatonin at night.
we give our kids a flintstone vitamin daily. and melatonin at nightime! it helps them sleep and they wake so refreshed!
I give my son a children's daily multivitamin.
Currently, I give my son a multi-vitamin and iron.
