Well I just finished eating some of the Cauliflower & Broccoli--loved it. I ate it plain (I happen to really like veggies) but I'm sure there are those of you who could make really tasty side dishes out of these frozen veggies. And so easy for me to prepare. Knead the package to make sure the "grains" are separated--throw into a non stick pot--heat it up--stir a couple of times. I put the leftover into a plastic container and in the refrig it went. I bet I could just add it to a salad cold--give it that extra little crunch. And so few calories or carbs!!!!! To find out more and where to purchase go to the Green Giant Website. They all look wonderful. I think I will like the Roasted Veggies too. Maybe I can get my son to eat veggies in the Tots, they look yummy. I did read that cauliflower wasn't so great for us diabetics, although, that could be in huge amounts or every day or something. I can't get the coupon, no ink boo!
Why is cauliflower not good for diabetics? It's low carb and this product would be great I think. Much better than rice! I have a bag in the freezer now.
