Although I managed not to over spend on gifts this year--I sure was hit by lots of unexpected bills. Three hospitalizations will do that to you!! Then I just found out that the one medication that is keeping me healthy is being taken off the list of meds for my insurance company--and I have a $400 deductible--to say that $100 PayPal would come in handy is an under statement!! As we rang in 2017 many of us made resolutions that focused on new beginnings, health, and family. I know many overspent this holiday and your resolutions are about on saving money, getting out of debt, etc. I was lucky enough to win or receive for evaluation many of the gifts I gave this year.

My tip is to several small goals that will help complete a bigger resolution. For example, if your resolution is to lose 25 lbs, set a goal to eat 200 fewer calories a day, then set another goal of walking 30 minutes 3 times a week....
My tip for the new year is to set goals rather than resolutions! I do daily and weekly, and am working to set up bigger goals for the year and the quarter. Then track them day by day and give yourself credit for what you do. What you don't do? Rethink or break into smaller goals.

My tip for keeping New Year's resolutions is to be specific and be sure your goal is attainable with a specific time frame.

I would use it towards getting an exercise equipment to help me stick to my new year's resolution of exercising regularly. I make my resolutions practical and attainable.
I would put to use with getting proper yoga wear. I got a yoga mat for Christmas and that is my resolution for this year; to learn how to do yoga.
