Anyone who reads and loves the books by Melissa Foster knows they can get a bit risque! What I really love about them and why I keep reading them is that they portray real life scenarios. Okay, maybe the knight on a white charger rarely if ever appear in any of our lives--but these books are what daydreams are made of.
Some of you are and most of us know single mothers and what they really go through trying to raise their kids and work-not easy!! Well Mira Savage is just such a woman. Because of what has happened in her life she has big trust issues when it comes to men. Plus she worries about how her son will react if she does date.
Enter Matt Lacroux who has been a friend of Mira's since a wedding where they met. Of course it doesn't help that he lives and works far from Cape Cod--where both Mira and his family live. He truly is a knight in shining armor!! Will Mira be able to get over her trust issues? How will her son react? Is there a happily ever after? You will just have to read this and find out!
SEASIDE SUMMERS
Voted Beck Valley Books Reviewers Favorite Mini Series from the Love in Bloom Series in 2014
Featuring a group of fun, sexy, and emotional friends who gather each summer at their Cape Cod cottages. They're funny, flawed, and will have you begging to enter their circle of friends.
SEASIDE WHISPERS
Having a mad crush on her boss's son, Matt Lacroux--an intriguing mix of proper gentleman and flirtatious bad boy--is probably not the smartest idea for single mother Mira Savage. Especially when the company, and her job, is already on shaky ground. But as a Princeton professor, Matt's life is hours away from Mira's home on Cape Cod, keeping him safely in the fantasy-only zone. And as a single mother to six-year-old Hagen, with a floundering company to save, fantasies are all she has time for.
With hopes of becoming dean off the table, and too many months of longing for a woman who lived too far away to pursue, Matt's publishing contract couldn't have come at a better time. He heads home to Cape Cod on a brief sabbatical, intent on starting his book, and finally getting his arms around sweet, seductive Mira.
A surprise encounter leads to white-hot passions and midnight confessions. The more time Matt and Mira spend together, the deeper their relationship grows, and the love and attention Matt showers on Hagen is more than she has ever dreamed of. But Matt's sabbatical is only temporary, and Mira's not saving his father's company so she can leave it behind. Will their whispers of love be enough for one of them to change their life forever?

That's a Catchy title. Seaside Whispers. That would be a great beach read.
Romance is not generally my first pick when it comes to reading genres. I have a friend that enjoys a good steamy novel, this sounds like it would be her speed.
Thank you for sharing your review today, hope you've cooled down now ;-) xx
Seaside Whispers already has me because well it's on the beach and were dealing with snow. Add a flirtatious bad boy, a single mother (boy do I know how that feels) and you have one book with woman lined up to read.
This book makes me want to take a beach vacation. It looks like a great read.
This sounds like a great book - and I love that you can take it with you wherever you go! :)
