I was able to download the Mobi edition of this novella free of charge because I signed up for Rachelle Ayala's email/newsletter from a Facebook post I saw that she had posted. There hasn't been a book that Rachelle Ayala has written that I haven't thoroughly enjoyed be it one of her steamier romances or truly sweet romances and then of course the first book I ever read and reviewed of hers Broken Build (Technothriller & Romantic Suspense)back in 2013 (see my review here) and I couldn't quite figure out why I wasn't on her email/newsletter list already!
This relatively short novella had me literally sobbing at the happy ending--tears flowing down my face. I was going to go to sleep then decided to read it--then knew I had to write it up for all of you-I just could not wait. Talk about miracles and the power of healing after a grief no parent should have to endure.

I have not read any books from Rachelle Ayala but I would love to read this book, Christmas stray. I love stories about family and relationships and this would be a good book for me. Thanks for letting me know about the author and her books.
Seeing your post is funny,.. I just had a dog in my yard eating food I put out for the birds. I know it isn't a stray and I tried to tell it to go home, but it just stood and barked at me.
The Christmas Stray sounds like a fantastic book... especially this time of year.
The book looks like an interesting read (I'm a sucker for dogs in pictures) and will look into this in the future.

This sounds like a powerful story if it brought tears to your eyes! I hadn't heard of this author before your post, but it sounds like I'll really enjoy the writing. I'll have to try to squeeze in another reading into the holiday season. :)
The story-line sounds intriguing. I would love to read how everything plays out for Juliette!
