Most of the kids in this building consider themselves too old or would rather go outside and walk to various other buildings--plus our town has a Halloween street fair every year. All the businesses give out sugary treats to all the kids both young and old. Yes, It is a lot of fun!! But do the kids really need all those sugary treats? I think that this year I will buy a couple a packages just in case someone shows up at the door.Halloween is safe when the treats we collect are delicious and individually wrapped. I will make some pumpkin items but other than that and the sweets we give out to the children not much.
I've made vampire cupcakes with fang marks and oozy cherry filling.
This year I am making a pot of green slim in my fondu pot and we are making edible fingers and brains for the kids to dip in. It's going to be a fun party for the kids, I can't wait!
We love to have Halloween parties. We enjoy making foods in various spooky things like brains, fingers, etc...
We have several children that we have to get ready for T & T. My sister and I make a bunch of cookies for the school and for home. I always make pumpkin Bread.
When my kids were little we used to take them Trick or Treating. We would even be so crazy to go to different towns (when Halloween was on Sunday our town did trick or treating on Saturday) and a town near by still did it on Sunday also. Thank you

I take my kids out for trick or treat! Then we have a pizza party at home because dinner being cooked on that night is out of the question. ;)
My kids are too old for trick or treating so we will behaving a game night and watch a movie or two
My birthday is the 29th so we don't really make anything special for Halloween but enjoy leftovers of my chocolate cake. We do however usually eat pizza on halloween.
We dress up and go Trick or Treat. We also grab a Papa Murphy's pumpkin pizza. Hand out candy and watch Halloween specials. I make Halloween cookies and bars with the kids.

I take the kids out trick or treeting but really don't bake anything special. We do buy cookies at the store for Hallowween though.
I really don't bake anything extra for Halloween other than rice krispies treats. I am more of a Christmas baker because I buy most of my items already pre-made.
Halloween is like a carnival in my neighborhood. My favorite holiday!

I am going to make some popcorn on the stove and watch scary movies. Besides that I am dressing up as Kelly on OMG shoes...no baking.
We decorate our house and go trick or treating with friends! I don't bake anything special!
sweet treats have always been a special treasure at Halloween for our family. So yummy and good that's what its all about from smores to cupcakes no telling what you will find

We celebrate by going to my parents' house. Halloween is also my dad's birthday.
My son is grown with his own family now so I don't do too much for Halloween. I hand out candy to the children in the neighborhood and get out the pumpkin decorations. Thank-you!
Halloween is my Birthday! So of course I love it! I usually go trick or treating with my kids. Hubs stays home and passes out candy. (ILOnab1980 Twitter)
We usually do a trunk or treat event with the girl scouts.
I like to make Carmel apples and popcorn balls with my family. We go to an annual haunted hayride that's a lot of fun.

We have our annual Halloween party. We bake alot of halloween cookies and make popcorn balls and a witch hat cake
I usually celebrate Halloween by going out to dinner for my mom's birthday. I haven't really made Halloween treats before but this year I'm going to be with all of my little cousins so I might!
We have a huge family bonfire and chkn stew. It is usually a day before or after halloween, I alwasy take a spicy dip. We don't really eat sweets in or family.
I'm planning on taking my six year old trick or treating and we'll go to the local high school's haunted house too! Once we're home, we'll gorge ourselves on candy and watch a family scary movie!

Halloween is for kids mostly but its fun to see how much fun they have.

We usually sit around and watch movies. No kids usually come to our house because we are so rural and our son no longer goes out.
