E-Book Giveaway- 3 winners-WW-MURDER IN CALICO GOLD A Cedar Bay Cozy Mystery #6-Dianne Harman-Ends 7/29

Wednesday, July 8, 2015

Mike, the sheriff of Cedar Bay, and Kelly, his wife and owner of Kelly's Koffee Shoppe and the creator of all the delicious recipes which are a big feature in this series, has her fingers crossed behind her back once again as her husband makes her promise not to try to help to clear HIS name as a murder suspect. His elderly but sprightly Aunt Agnes is murdered the night they arrive to visit her at her ranch in Calico Gold. There are about 5 other suspects as well---but who would want her dead the most--Her next door rancher who needed water for his cattle (he wanted her to take down a dam on her property); her nephew who she had supported since his Mom's death-but was leaving nothing to (and she told him this); the judge in town who was in cahoots with the outside developer--both for nefarious reasons or the tormented Vietnam vet who lived in a shack on her ranch but was just told he had to leave? Top all this with--Aunt Agnes was worth a fortune! Thank heavens for his dog Rebel who is not about to allow anyone to hurt Mike! In addition to clearing his name will Mike figure out a fair and equitable solution as to how to divvy up this fortune a bit? More recipes to try out and they all sound delicious! Now I have to wait impatiently for the next book in this series!!!!!!

About the Book: (from Amazon)

Book #6 in the Best Selling Cedar Bay Cozy Mystery Series from Amazon All Star Author Dianne Harman. Kelly and her husband, Sheriff Mike, take a trip to the small town of Calico Gold, California, upon receiving an SOS from his elderly Aunt Agnes. The day after Mike finds out Aunt Agnes has made him the sole beneficiary of her large estate, including the Robertson Ranch and the beautiful Queen Anne house on it, she’s murdered. Aunt Agnes was revered by many of the town residents, but she had her enemies as well. Was it a local judge, a real estate developer, a nearby rancher next whose cattle desperately need water from Aunt Agnes’ property, a Vietnam vet who’s recently been evicted from the shack on her property or Mike’s newly discovered cousin who murdered her? Join Kelly, Mike, and their dogs Rebel and Lady, as they work to clear Mike’s name and bring the murderer to justice. As in the other books, there’s plenty of food, dogs, and recipes.

About the Author: (from Amazon)

Dianne Harman draws her stories and characters from a diverse business and personal background. She owned a national antique and art appraisal business for many years, left that industry, and opened two yoga centers where she taught yoga and certified yoga instructors. She's traveled extensively throughout the world, most recently dividing her time between Huntington Beach, California and Sacramento, California, where her husband was a Senator. An avid reader, Dianne brings the richness of her life experiences to her novels, Blue Coyote Motel, Coyote in Provence, and Cornered Coyote - all of which are available now in the Coyote Series.

Being a dog lover and having attended numerous cooking schools, she couldn't resist writing about food and dogs, thus the Cedar Bay Cozy Mystery Series and the Liz Lucas Cozy Mystery Series, which include family recipes! Kelly's Koffee Shop, Murder at Jade Cove, White Cloud Retreat, Marriage and Murder, Murder in the Pearl District, Murder in Cottage #6, and her latest book, Murder and Brandy Boy, have all been on the top of the culinary, cozy, and animal charts within a week of being published, Kelly's Koffee Shop was voted as one of the top 30 Best Self-Published Books of 2014.

Several books in the cozy mystery series have been designated by Amazon as All-Stars because of their sales and Dianne has been named by Amazon as being one of their most popular authors.

An Award Winning Bestseller, Blue Coyote Motel was selected as a quarter finalist in Amazon's Breakthrough Novel Award contest, Goodreads Psychological Thriller of the Month Book, and e-thriller Book of the Month. Blue Coyote Motel and Coyote in Provence were finalists in Chanticleer's CLUE awards contest.
