I have been having trouble controlling my sweet tooth for a while now which is not good since I am diabetic. It is under control without medication at the moment but that could change in a New York second! I was talking to Bobbie Anne and mentioned this to her. Bobbie is a distributor of Advocare and was telling me all the good things about their products. I listened and knew it was working for her but did nothing about it. At Christmas time I received a surprise gift from Bobbie. It was a full pack of the Coffecchino which includes 14 individual servings!

I immediately boiled some water and made a cup--it tastes great--there is a definite mocha taste with a hint to my palate of malt. It filled me up. I don't drink it every day by any means-just when I need a pick me up (it is filled with vitamins) and I need to slow down my craving for sweets. According to the website you could add additional flavors whether you make it hot or cold. At this time of the year with the temps falling below zero around here I have only tried it HOT.

She just sent me a couple of packets of Spark-which she swears by. This is a flavoring you can add to water. I will write a separate post about Spark after I try it. Maybe when it gets a bit warmer around here and I start drinking water by the gallon.

DIRECTIONS

For ages 18 and older.
For a hot beverage: Blend, shake or stir the contents of one pouch into six ounces of very hot (not boiling) water. Stir thoroughly. Flavored extracts can be added.
For a cold beverage: Blend, shake or stir the contents of one pouch into six ounces of cold water. For an iced drink, shake thoroughly.
For a frappe add with ice cubes to a blender and blend until smooth. Flavored extracts can be added.


CAUTION: Children and pregnant or nursing women should consult a healthcare professional prior to use. Not for use by persons who are sensitive to caffeine.
