I can't believe it is March 1st already-it seems like it was just January 1st. Such is the life of a bookkeeper-even a semi retired one-especially with the winter we have been having--I don't remember having to reschedule as many times as I have this year. Every time I THINK I have everything and every one completed-----and then on 4/1 I start all over again!! Is it any wonder my brain is beginning to feel overwhelmed and my cat is beginning to feel ignored? She is NOT being ignored--she only thinks she is!!

Rough start to our year so far. Lots of illnesses in the family, especially my grandsons... and then one of them had to get their tonsils out. I hope things start to get better from here!

ReplyDeleteNo, nothing is under control here. Our anxiety levels are up due to a broken pipe outside the house then the furnace going out. Money we don't have to install a new one. New Year not going well so far.

My year is actually not going that well. My mom fell and has really hurt her back. She is slowly getting better, but it has been pretty scary for that last 4 or 5 weeks.

ReplyDeleteOur year has been crazy so far. My two teens are going to Mexico for a mission trip next month so we have been busy with preparations. My little one will miss her brother and sister!
ReplyDeleteThis year is going very well, I'm losing weight and getting into shape. My husband is getting another raise soon, and we will celebrate one year since my teenage daughters' car accident Friday. We'll celebrate the fact that thwy are both miraculously alive and well!
ReplyDeleteI'm not having a good year. My husband has been in the hospital and my cat is dying of kidney failure. I babysit my two-year old grandson almost full time which keeps me busy and I also take care of my ninety-two year old mother. Reading is the only thing that helps me relax.

ReplyDeleteMy year so far has been really eventful. Car broke down cost almost 700 to fix it. The landlord raised the rent so we need to find someplace else to live. It has been a crazy year so far fingers crossed it gets better

ReplyDeleteI have had a pretty crappy year so far. My daughters friends Mom got killed in a horrific hit and run accident just down the road from the store where I work. Not even a month later the store burned down. I have worked there for years and now I had to sign up for unemployment. I am hoping that this year gets better for everyone.

ReplyDeleteLet's just say, I've had better! Getting a divorce, found out I have to have heart surgery, my truck is giving me problems and costing me large amounts of money. But, on a side note, I've got some wonderful friends that I feel very blessed to have standing by me!

My year so far has been filled with sickness. My son had pneumonia and I just got diagnosed with Bronchitis yesterday! Not good, it's got to get better.

ReplyDeleteGetting it under control first time since having babies (my youngest is 34 I was in the hospital a case of atrial fibrillation, got it under control with some Coumadin and all is well now, so I am just hangin in there
ReplyDeleteSo far it hasn't been very good! My mother passed away last month ago and we had tons of damage due to the ice & snow storms we had all winter! But I have hope that the rest of the year will go well! After all, maybe we just got all the bad over with for the rest of the year.
