Yes, there is all kinds of nefarious goings on in this series including murders that have to be solved and I am loving every one of them. I also find myself laughing at the antics of Madison and her best friend Fabiana. Madison wants her PI license--she has already managed to get her concealed weapon permit--her boyfriend is NOT a happy camper about all this-nor is her big brother. Now Mom--that is a different story. Other then trying to get her two children married off so she can be a grandmother--she is truly a pistol. I felt Madison's pain when her Mom pulled her "Because I'm your mother-that's why" routine.
Madison still owns the hotel that her Aunt left her in her will with all the same crazy characters living there as in the prior books in this series which I really think you should read. Book 1-- Crazy in Paradise Book 2 Deception in Paradise and there is going to be a book 4 in this series which I will be reading and reviewing!!!!!!
Welcome to the Florida Keys! Get ready to go on vacation and lose yourself in this action packed read.
What is big news in small town Tarpon Cove? An accidental drowning or perhaps a ruthless murder? When a dead fisherman rolls up on shore, Madison cannot resist jumping into her new role as Private Investigator. But she soon discovers the people in The Cove who normally gossip about everybody's business are unusually tight-lipped.
The bad tenant radar still not working, the cottages continue to be full of riffraff. Madison gets arrested, shot at, and outsmarted. She teams up with her best friend – the Glock carrying Fabiana. Together they take on cases no other investigators would ever touch!
Trouble in Paradise, is the third novel in Deborah Brown's Paradise series, can be read as a stand alone book.
"'Trouble' is captivating from the first paragraph. The stories are a true adventure!" - review from Amazon
"This book continues the drama as it can only occur in South Florida, with a host of truly fun, unique characters." - Author Kim Cano

Thanks for the giveaway. It would be cool to be an investigator because you get to solve mysteries. <3
This sounds like an interesting read. Thanks for the review and the giveaway!
Sounds like a fun read! Great review! And thanks for the giveaway! :)
I love the sound of this series, so much fun !
Love these book tours . So much fun and love everyone reviews.
It's not often that you can find a series book that can be read without reading the previous ones. We've always wanted to move to Florida, may pick this up for my wife as a hint!
I love Madison and her associates. Great read.
I don't think I saw this series before and would have to pick up the first ones. I don't like starting in the middle. Sounds really good.
I can't imagine all the things you would get to see...
I don't know what it is about PI stories, but they always have such a great laugh. I generally enjoy reading them.
I don't know, maybe meet and discover secrets...
Thank you for the review - it made me laugh and hosting me on your blog.
I love Florida stories and beach reads! It's one of my favorite places!
Since I'm a Florida girl, I really think I would enjoy this series!
new discoveries
I love trying to figure out mysteries in movies, television, and books before the main characters do, and I actually have a pretty solid track record! But I've never solved a real-life mystery, which is why I think that would be the coolest thing about being a private investigator.
Thank you for the giveaway!
Another book for my TBR shelf, looks great
Paradise sounds so dangerous! This sounds like my kind of series!!
I have always wanted to be a PI. The most exciting thing would be the spying.
I'm sold on their names alone. And I've entered the contest. Thanks for hosting.
This sounds like an amazing murder mystery and I will have to get the other books in this series. Thanks for sharing.
I really love that you always find books I might not normally run across. This looks like another goodie!
getting the bad guy. Deb P
The spying and discovering things would be exciting!
solving cases
This looks like a great read! I think it would be great to finish a case from beginning to end!
...the mystery, the excitement, the allure of danger...

i wouldnt really want the burden or power of knowing things, but the knowledge of it, in my own head, would be exciting.
I think that it would be exciting to solve puzzles.
I've heard so much about this book through following the various tours for each one. They sound like good mysteries!
I like trying to find solutions and putting pieces of a puzzle together.
The actual investigation is the most exciting.
Finding out the truth!
Solving the mystery and catching the bad guys :)
The most exciting part of being a PI is solving the mystery!
I like the sneekiness and spying on others LOL. Digging up dirt.
I think it would definitely be being sneaky and knowing all the dirt
It would be exciting to help people, but I am sure there would be a lot of things better left unknown!
