Poor Max, if you have read the other books in this series you will remember that she is the one who gets everything done and on time-no hitches when she is involved! Treat Braden (and man oh man is he portrayed as a TREAT) is bound and determined to make Max his-the playboy has fallen and HARD. Both Max and he each have histories in their past that keep getting in the way of a happily ever after. I'm sure you have been there, I know I have-whatever you say or do is wrong-and so does the guy! Every time I thought-finally--nope--one or the other would get confused or frightened. This was a match made in heaven--but will they EVER manage--you will just have to read this book to find out. There are many love scenes in this book but again nothing that offended me--OH-Kaylee gets somewhat involved in this story as does the entire Braden family. Eagerly awaiting book #5 in this series!!
