The Pack waited with stoic patience, not for a signal from their leader, which would come in due time, but for the moon. It would be the third and final night of the full-moon cycle of late July. This particular full moon was known as the Thunder Moon in this part of the world. With a familiar feeling of pins and needles coursing through their bodies, the Pack waited to greet the Goddess of the Moon. They were her children, after all.

Another one of those wolves/vampire story, but they are almost always very interesting to read.
