Valentine Cardinale, a graduate of Iona College and Columbia Graduate School of Journalism, enjoyed a successful career as the editor of leading magazines in the advertising and pharmacy fields before writing fiction. I am glad I read your review because if I had judged the book by its cover I would have assumed it was a romance and bypassed it. A mystery/thriller with a focus on family and perhaps a love story thrown in is something I would love to read. Thanks for sharing this.

I love a good mystery thriller and if the ending made you tear up I am sure I would love this book. I love books that are full of action I can usually read those pretty fast.
Sounds like a great suspense novel! One of those situations where you have to put your child over love. Or will they both work out? I'm interested!!!
