When Are These People Going to GROW UP!!

I am soooo tired of hearing about the sequester and budget cuts and tax increases!! And now when both sides realize that the only ones they are hurting are the American people (and possibly themselves more to the point), suddenly at the 11th hour they say they are going to compromise? Yeah right—I’ll believe THAT when I see it. Another article caught my eye today in the NY Times-you have to read it. In one sentence the parties are compromising—then in the next they are not!!

We, the people are in for some hard times ahead—whether there are massive cuts in spending, tax increases or decreases—and which really upset me-some of them are still thinking of overhauling the way Social Security is handled (payments)—HEY Social Security is definitely not a give away—I have worked for years and paid into that fund every single year—as have most other Americans. I will not be a happy camper until they stop trying to mess with MY forced savings!
