I didn’t really know what to expect when I was asked to review this short and informative, as it happens, book. What I didn’t expect was practically the same workout regime a personal trainer had used on me back when I could still go to a gym!! And yes, these exercises do work!! I remember the other trainers laughing at my trainer until within four weeks I had trimmed down noticeably.
